Driving Mechanism of Urban Space Expansion in Luoyang, China

Urban space expansion is the result of interaction between internal and external forces urban. Based on remote sensing image data 1990, 2000, 2010, 2020, social economic development data, this paper analyzes driving mechanism Luoyang characteristics its correlation characteristics. By using urban land use efficiency index, elastic index; allometric growth grey analysis in 4 times sections 3 periods. The research results show that mainly comes from needs support development, coordination population poor, effectively attracts inflow funds, settlement migrants, drives tertiary industry, increases local revenue.
